Returns
We hope that you will be thrilled with your Contourwear purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, and would like to return or exchange the garment you ordered, either use the return form provided or contact us via email, fax or telephone. If you are dissatisfied, and are not interested in an exchange, we will process a refund to your credit card.

Please note that if you purchased your Contourwear product from a local dealer, we request that you work through that dealer on any return issue, if possible.

Warranty
Contourwear guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product will stand up to the use for which it was designed. Products are fully warrantied to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use or time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation. Product must be returned postage paid and be cleaned before return. Products found defective will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
